The feedback window will close on 29-March. If the project has not yet started, you may want to ask Justin for a refund. We recommend against making [up front payments][2]. If Justin wants assurance that you will pay when the work is completed, use [SafePay][3]. With SafePay, you pay us and we pay your freelancer only after you approve their work.
